WIN A DUBLINER IRISH WHISKEY HAMPER TO CELEBRATE ST PATRICK’S DAY
The Dubliner is the Official Irish Whiskey of The Cheltenham Festival (March 15-18, 2016) and The Dubliner Hot Toddy Bar is the place to be during the festival to sample Dubliner cocktails and listen to the Dublin Legends playing.
The Dubliner Irish Whiskey and The Dubliner Irish Whiskey & Honeycomb were launched at the end of last year to great acclaim.
The Dubliner Irish Whiskey is a blend of single malt and grain whiskies, aged in the finest Bourbon oak casks which are individually selected for blending, giving a warm and smooth whiskey with a lasting finish.
The Dubliner Irish Whiskey & Honeycomb Liqueur is a smooth blend of honeycomb, caramel and triple distilled Irish Whiskey crafted in Ireland and tastes like “Liquid Crunchie”.

The Dubliner Treacle
50ml The Dubliner Irish Whiskey
25ml Cloudy Apple Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup ( or dissolve a teaspoon of castor sugar in the whiskey)
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Build in the glass and gently stir. Garnish with lemon peel and add ice cubes.
The Dubliner Honeycomb Beejaysus
50ml The Dubliner Irish Whiskey & Honeycomb Liqueur
20ml Honey Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
