Photo Gallery: Two Minds – Art Exhibition and Print Sale, Whitworth Locke, Manchester
Did you know that one in four people will experience a mental health problem in any given year? It’s estimated that only 25 per cent of people with mental health problems receive support each year and 50 per cent of people wait more than three months for talking therapies.
These are shocking statistics and, with Mental Health Awareness Week (May 13–19), hosted by Mental Health Foundation, fast-approaching, creative marketing studio Yolk has teamed up with five Manchester-based illustrators, artists and designers to create a series of limited edition collaborative prints. All proceeds will go to Mind Charity.
Two Minds: Art Exhibition and Print Sale will take place on May 15, 5pm to 8pm at Whitworth Locke.
Register for your free ticket here. Prints will be on sale until May 17 at Foundation Coffee House (both the Northern Quarter and Whitworth Locke sites).
