Win tickets to see Dreamers at Oldham Coliseum Theatre
WIN A PAIR OF TICKETS TO SEE DREAMERS AT OLDHAM COLISEUM THEATRE
Dreamers, the brand new musical from award-winning Manchester writers Cathy Crabb and Lindsay Williams premieres at Oldham Coliseum Theatre from June 19 to July 4, 2015.
With a ’90s indie soundtrack featuring James, The Cure, Stone Roses and The Waterboys, plus original songs composed by Carol Donaldson, Dreamers tells the story of small town nights with big hearts.
Every weekend a group of girls shake off the weekly grind with a messy night on the town. They never know where the evening will take them or who they’ll wake up with the next morning, but one thing they do know is they’ll end up in the smallest night club in the world with the biggest tunes – Dreamers. But everything changes over time…
Dreamers was an actual nightclub in Oldham, infamous for its indie tunes, the variety of people who went there and a very memorable bouncer.
The musical’s all-female cast includes Shameless and Prisoners’ Wives’ Sally Carman, Black Roses: The Killing of Sophie Lancaster’s Rachel Austin and Happy Valley and Coronation Street’s Rachel Leskovac. The show is directed by Coliseum Artistic Director and CEO Kevin Shaw.
