The nation’s favourite postie is back. A new exhibition, Postman Pat: Welcome to Greendale, has opened at the Lauriston Gallery at Waterside in Sale, Trafford, giving visitors a chance to see the original sets and props from the much-loved stop-motion series.
The exhibition will follow Pat, his black and white cat Jess, and the inhabitants of the village of Greendale, showcasing original set pieces from the animated series. These include Pat’s cottage, the school, the lighthouse, and Pencaster Square, complete with original props. It’s also a free ticketed event.
